Product Manager (Consumer Tech) (3M MAU)

Product Manager :

- We are a stealth-mode startup (well funded) building products to help brands have a closer relationship with their customer by helping them manage loyalty efficiently.

- We will also be building a web 3.0 platform in the next 6-8 months. Our existing app already has 3 million active users using our loyalty management application for multiple brands.

- We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team, with relevant knowledge and experience of B2C products to take ownership of and lead the development of requirements and roadmap for specific modules/product extensions / new products in our portfolio.

- Hands-on work from creating product requirements, gathering feedback from customers, coordinating with internal team members (design, development, QA etc.) would be required.

- You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Job description :

- Develop Product Requirements Documentation, feature lists, prioritize features for development, work with UX/UI designer to implement requirements into wireframes, mockups, final designs

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Work closely with the engineering team to plan the development of a prioritized list of features, support sprint planning,

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

- Develop an understanding of specific customer segments, business problems, industry requirements, competitor product landscape

- Develop product metrics, roadmap and key differentiators

Requirements :

- 1-4 years of product management experience (Preference B2C)

- Attention to detail and design sense (UX and UI), eye for improving user experience in digital solutions

- Good communication, presentation skills - ability to simplify and present complex concepts in an easily understandable manner

- Customer-focused

- Extremely organized in your work

- Diligent and able to take ownership and drive initiatives

- Prior experience as a developer would be a bonus
