Manager Business Strategy (EA To Director) (Tier 1 B-Schools)

- Family office advisor / Manager.

- Provide strategic and analytical assistance to the Director.

- Facilitate and Support decision making for the top management.

- Conduct market research for the new business opportunities in various industries and ventures

- Creating business plans based on research and present it to management.

- Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities in line with the long-term strategy of the organization.

- Market Entry studies, financial modelling, and competitor benchmarking.

- Create business dashboard after understanding and gathering all requirements.

- Active involvement in preparing annual business plan.

- Responsible for Corporate Strategy formulation in terms of long-term strategic planning with the Senior Leadership Team

- Drive Business Analytics at corporate level including macro & microenvironment tracking.

- Core member of project management team to drive business transformation projects.

- Drive & Lead projects in the areas of strategic focus in collaboration with senior management.

- Drive strategic mandate of director and Support the teams to improve overall performance and profitability.

- Organize Business Performance Review Meetings on periodic basis.

- Analyze business performance and highlight performance issues on timely basis.

- Detailed SWOT analysis and provide a detail business plan for short term and long-term sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum Qualification : Full time MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools

- Preferred Qualification : Full time MBA from Top B School + CA

- Must have experience of working in a strategy management position, preferably working as a strategy manager in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.

- Should have experience in strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development.

- Proven ability to generate new outlooks of the business.

- Vast knowledge of the business risk parameters in order to determine implications for the business and implement measures for risk mitigation.

- Should have an overall business acumen and solid financial grounding.

- A proven and successful track record of developing and driving growth initiatives and identifying business opportunities in order to develop strategies that capitalize on those opportunities.

- Proficient in MS excel & Other MIS tools, Knowledge of Power BI will be added advantage.
