Lenexis FoodWorks - Lead - Business Strategy - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Family office advisor / Manager

- Provide strategic and analytical assistance to Director. Facilitate and Support decision making.

- Drive & Lead projects in the areas of strategic focus in collaboration with senior management.

- Drive Business Analytics at corporate level including macro & microenvironment tracking.

- Provide strategic and analytical assistance to the Director.

- Detailed SWOT analysis and provide a detailed business plan for short term and long-term sustainability.

- Active involvement in preparing annual business plan.

- Organize Business Performance Review Meetings on periodic basis.

 - Financial health analysis, MIS, Budgeting

- Analyze business and operational performance and highlight performance issues

- Data Analytics

- Business performance & Cost effective initiatives

- Competitor analysis, Market Research, Consumer insights

- Key project management

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum Qualification : Full time MBA from Top B School

- Preferred Qualification : Full time MBA from Top B School + CA/CFA

- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in a strategy management position, preferably working as a strategy manager in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.

- Should have experience in strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development.

- Proven ability to generate new outlooks of the business.

- Vast knowledge of the business risk parameters in order to determine implications for the business and implement measures for risk mitigation.

- Should have an overall business acumen and solid financial grounding.

- A proven and successful track record of developing and driving growth initiatives and identifying business opportunities in order to develop strategies that capitalize on those opportunities.

- Proficient in MS Office & Other MIS tools.
