Lendingkart - Vice President - Analytics - IIT/NIT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

(1) Deep understanding of end to end lending process: Sourcing, Underwriting, Operations,Collections, Portfolio risk, LGD/PD models.

(2) Should have worked on at least some of the following models underwriting models,collections model, buying propensity models, Cross-sell models, queuing models.

(3) Expert level proficiency in R/Python, SQL, Excel.

(4) Creative thinker that can think out of the box in absence of perfect information.

(5) Strong visualization and presentation skills.

(6) Should be comfortable in handling small spartan team of 5-6 people and at the same time should be able to do hands on work.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

(1) Almost 10 years of experience managing analytics team and projects.

(2) Preferred candidates with NBFC/ Banking domain education.

(3) Engineer from Premier institute IIT/NIT.

(4) Masters preferred/PhD good to have but not required.
