Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in the market
- Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products
- Market intelligence - be the expert on TG, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition and how to counter their products
- Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the product
- Manage user experience at various touch points for optimal conversion rate & repeat loans
Requirements:
- Self-driven individual to strong passion for marketing & customer experience
- Bachelor's in business or marketing
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent people and stakeholder management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Experience Level: 1-5 Years
Salary Range: 7-12 LPA
