Senior Manager - Investment Research (VC background) Role Description : - Research about potential targets for M&amp;A, JV, Strategic Investment etc - Presenting findings to management along with recommendations - Initial meetings with co-founders to understand business model - Prepare business plan / term sheet for shortlisted companies - Tracking progress of investee companies and sharing updates with management for timely intervention - Keeping an eye on key trends in financial services space and sharing the same with management Desired Skills and Experience : - MBA from a top institute with 4-6 experience of VC/ PE experience preferably in financial services space - Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting and due diligence - Strong hold on Microsoft tools - excel, powerpoint, word etc - Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) - Go-getter attitude - A keen eye for detail - The ability to stretch, multitask and deliver under pressure - Problem-solving ability - Strong work ethics
