Lendingkart - Senior Manager - International Business - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

(1) Work closely with Head of Strategy for driving new initiatives in the firm.

(2) Explore new opportunities through research and analysis on the entire financial services ecosystem.

(3) Keeping oneself abreast of latest developments in financial services and presenting findings to management.

(4) Look for international expansion opportunities.

(5) Go-to-market plan for new products and new markets.

(6) Attending conferences/workshops and representing the firm whenever required.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

(1) MBA from a top institute with 4-6 experience of management consulting experience preferably in financial services space.

(2) Strong analytical skills and first principals approach to problem solving.

(3) Strong hold on Microsoft tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

(4) Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal); extrovert personality.

(5) Ability to get things done by coordinating with various internal and external shareholders.

(6) A keen eye for detail.

(7) The ability to stretch, multitask and deliver under pressure with minimal supervisory support.

(8) Strong work ethics.
