Experience:

- Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of experience

- Specialized experience in the BFSI sector

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Conduct budgeting, MIS, and variance analysis.

- Perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Engage in cross-functional interactions for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), assessing new product profitability, and driving key initiatives.

Competitor Benchmarking:

- Analyze and benchmark against competitors to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Capital Market Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the Capital Market team to strategize and execute debt raise initiatives.

Internal Audit Management:

- Oversee and manage internal audit processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Investor Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and manage relationships with investors to enhance the organization's financial standing.
