Job Description

(1) Build dashboards and tools, craft analyses, and tell stories with data to help our teams make better decisions.

(2) Monitor the performance of new features and recommend iterations based on your findings.

(3) Perform A/B testing and out of time testing to derive the value of new feature releases.

(4) Work with stakeholders to identify the key metrics to track.

(5) Set-up key reporting to identify process exceptions and support the operations team.

(6) Setup reporting to track product usage and performance, identify product exceptions and support the Stakeholders.

(7) Suggest data-backed improvement areas on product, process and business by identifying and discovering trends and patterns beneath the surface and beyond the obvious.

(8) Investigate and validate product and business hypothesis.

(9) Improve the core analytic stack and bring in automation to ensure that the analytics team stays lean.

Required Candidate profile

(1) Ability to write complex SQL queries on large data sets.

(2) Ability to convert product or business problems into analytical problem statements.

(3) Ability to analyse and then communicate business issues to a wide range of audiences using strong data analytics and communication skills.

(4) Knowledge of a scripting language like R or Python is a bonus.

(5) Knowledge of a visualization tool like Looker, Tableau is a bonus.

(6) Prior experience in a product-based company is a bonus.
