- Be part of Founder's office and will be reporting to Chief of Staff, Founder's office - Attend the leadership meeting, take notes and drive action points - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads - Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation - Take care of senior and executive business management for corporate functions which are not aligned with a specific department - Manage the reporting system for a timely flow of necessary data into the office of the Founders from all business heads and direct reports - Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity - Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of tasks from generating correspondence, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings or any large business meetings - Assess inquiries directed to the Founder's office, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
