Your Role in the Company - The Partnerships team works with corporate partners (e.g. Flipkart, Paisabazaar, Symphony Coolers, etc.), acquiring and managing relationships and building and selling products through which our partners can generate revenue for us - We are looking for an experienced banking sales/BD/RM professional with strong experience in traditional SME financing, bill discounting or supply-chain financing - The role will have a revenue target and will require moderate travel Responsibilities - Lead the strategic partnerships business in the respective regions (North/South/West) - Acquire new partnerships by leveraging existing networks and connects - Manage the overall P&amp;L for your respective vertical with key focus towards improved business quality, growth, top line and bottom-line - Build a team of account managers to drive monthly business targets and new expansion - Work with Credit, Product and Technology to create the required offerings, platforms and technology to scale your business - Evaluate the effectiveness of partners and performance scorecards and suggest enhancements in the existing overall functioning of partner management Requirements/Qualifications - Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with excellent pedigree IIT/IIM/ISB - Proven experience of winning new business alliances and scaling them - Experience in Fintech or Financial Services/ Banking sales is a must [IMP: Pls apply ONLY IF you meet this condition] - Knowledge of credit domain and understanding of traditional trade credit cycles - Strong existing relationships in the industry (FMCG, manufacturing, retail, services trading) to onboard new partners and customers - Experience of starting or working in a startup is a plus - Must have led a team - Excellent communication skills
