Job Description : 1. Develop risk- based annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature, and timing of audit activities for lending business. 2. Design Internal Audit Risk Control Test metrics for carrying out the audits. 3. Conducting Concurrent Audit for Process and Sub Process within department and ensure the process is streamlined. 4. Conducting functional audits on periodic basis. 5. Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures for lending business. 6. Identify key areas of risk within the lending business and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks. 7. Lead and assist team of auditors in conducting audit reviews. 8. Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan. 9. Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to senior management. 10. Providing Earlier warning signal to management regarding irregularities observed during audit. 11. Ensure the timely implementation of management actions recommended in the audit reports. 12. Provide the Audit Committee of the Board and the senior management with an opinion on the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the internal controls in the organisation.
