About Lendingkart

Lendingkart is an online credit evaluation platform dedicated to help entrepreneurs and small businesses with Working Capital Finance. We use Analytics and Big data scoring to evaluate client's business. We are a small and motivated team of bankers, data scientists and techies trying to make a difference in the world of small business financing.

The incumbent will own the sales targets, for leads generated by our marketing team. The candidate is expected to build & manage a sales team, and deliver results.

Key Responsibility Areas

- Own sales targets for our business loans solutions, from leads generated via marketing sources

- Building sales processes, organize training, prepare collateral, battle-cards to ensure seamless sales process

- Selling our business loans solutions to SME clients by assessing their business requirements.

- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
