Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends.

- Develop statistical models and algorithms to identify patterns and correlations in the data.

- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

- Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges.

- Develop data-driven strategies to address business problems and optimize processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with overall business goals.

- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualisations.

- Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.

- Build predictive models to forecast future trends, customer behaviour, and business outcomes.

- Evaluate model performance, make necessary adjustments, and iterate to improve accuracy.

- Implement machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different databases and sources.

- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.

- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in the field of data analytics.

- Work closely with marketing, Credit, product development teams to provide analytical support.

- Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to streamline data pipelines and integration.

- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytics best practices.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.

- Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
