Roles & Responsibilities : - Analyze sales funnels and customer intent - Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns - Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement - Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates) - Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results - Cohort Analysis: Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand - Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns - Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data - Recommend website and campaign optimizations - Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc) - Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable - exposure to tools like Tableau or Power BI - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition Skills & Requirements : - Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar web analytics, web optimization, or data management platforms - Having experience in driving Marketing Reports on marketing KPIs like Funnel Optimization, Optimizing Sourcing Channels and leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement - In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices - Experience with PPC campaigns - Good knowledge of MS Excel - Analytical abilities
