Brief About The Role: The incumbent will lead planning and execution of digital marketing plans through performance marketing, email, paid media, organic and other channels. The role requires taking complete ownership of the function which includes tracking the customer funnel, ensuring engagement with emphasis on ROI to identify optimization opportunities and achieve performance goals. This position will work in close alignment with sales, product and 3rd party agencies to drive customer acquisition. Roles & Responsibilities: 1- Plan, execute and analyze the demand generation strategy to meet acquisition and revenue goals including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (SEO/SEM, social, email, retargeting, affiliate marketing, content marketing etc.) 2- Define, launch, and measure growth experiments to learn what channels, campaigns, and offers that work best 3- Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify optimizations to maximize conversion and marketing ROI 4- Create key performance metrics and tracking them 5- Leverage data for insights on buying behaviors 6- Define customized landing pages 7- Keep sharp eye on customer experience and customer journey 8- Develop and execute testing and optimization efforts spanning messaging, positioning, pricing and promotions 9- Collaborate with Sales to understand sales process and sales cycles to develop quantitative measures to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded 10- Work with technology team to define deliverables/reports 11- The role holder will manage a team of 1-2 executives and various external agencies Behavioral Strengths: 1- Ability to effectively priorities and take initiatives in a fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities 2- Seamless style of operation (open to suggestions from others in the team) 3- Demonstrated flexibility and agility to learn a new industry/ domain 4- High focus on attitude to work with a small size team and driving results Technical Strengths: 1- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2- Demand generation or user acquisition in a high-growth industry 3- Experience building, analyzing, and optimizing SEM, paid social, and paid advertising campaigns 4- Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Attribution Platforms to analyze a conversion funnel 5- Experience managing a budget and maximizing marketing ROI
