Talent Development Manager - L.E.K Consulting
What you'll do :
- The mission of this role is to develop a strong Talent Development Program for our newly created Shared Services team.
- It will require collaborating with functional leads and talent teams globally to leverage in-house knowledge, experience and expectations; while also bringing best practice from external to the organisation
Key goals :
- Learn about the business, L.E.K. and the employee group's experience you'll be responsible for
- Design, develop and evolve the relevant performance management process that will be integrated into the broader company processes for your relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring a clear linkage between performance management processes and rewards and recognition programs
- Create a goal-setting system that enables every individual to set, track and measure their progress on personal and company goals
- Develop a learning and development program to ensure individuals are well prepared for competency requirements for their role and are developing skills for their career
What will be your key responsibilities :
- When we reach business operating cadence, you'll be accountable for ensuring the goals are achieved and delivered
- Drive and deliver against program goals and objectives
- Develop effective project plans and tracking mechanisms to ensure programs run smoothly and projects are delivered on time
