Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Scheme Management : a) Analysis of retail scheme - Geographical as well as product wise. b) Monitor ROI of scheme and give suggestion. c) Design &amp; Promote - Retailer and Electrician loyalty program d) Design &amp; Promote - Retailer scheme and loyalty program. - Channel marketing : a) Plan network penetration program. b) Ability to identify potential market through retail audit and conduct program. c) Design activation program for new town development &amp; sustainability d) BTL activation for retailer expansion and sustainability - Van operation, canopy / umbrella activity, local event participation - Retail system management : a) Custodian of secondary sales management system. b) Custodian of loyalty program software. c) Manage network digitalisation project. - Brand building through on-ground presence a) Modern retail trade experience b) Retail visibility project - shop branding, product display, signage c) Development of innovative / digital tools and means for retail network. d) Draft and implement brand visibility policies. - Marketing research : a) Experience of managing Retail audit and present is outcome to management b) Experience of handling brand track as well as retailer and influencer track. c) Regular dipstick about program and marketing activity. d) Product based research. - Product brand management : a) Experience of product management from brand side. b) Knowledge of product positioning and life cycle. c) Managing various communication tools &amp; means - collaterals, brochures, catalogs, display units / experience centres etc. d) Develop product communication strategy. e) Manage product launches.
