Legal Settlement Role - Real Estate

The incumbent will be tasked to work in customer settlements team. Ideal candidate fit would be someone with exposure to legal documentation, negotiation with customers. This position will be based out of Gurgaon and will need to interact with customers for the possession and settlement related queries.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide commercial support to legal customer settlements in terms of various scenario analysis for different legal cases

- Good experience of Customer Care handling of complex customer experience related queries and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry

- Well verse with oracle , calculations , negotiation skills , good communication skills , good with commercial strategy planning

- Knowledge of RERA and other regulatory will be of added advantage.

- Candidate having experience into banking settlement profile prefer

- Education - Graduate/ MBA from good institution and colleges

- Only Delhi candidates prefer
