An opening for a Legal Role in a leading real estate organization:

Location - Dombivali (Mumbai)

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Job Role:-

- Should have experience in litigation.

- Should be aware of Land Laws in Maharashtra.

- Should be aware of Revenue Litigation and Litigation drafting.

- Should be aware of Revenue documents like - 7/12 extract, Mutation entries, Form 8A, Form 6C, etc.

- Drafting & vetting documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift
