The Opportunity :   The position provides challenging, diverse and interesting work opportunities in the financial services industry encompassing the legal matters of the various activities of the Company, its domestic and foreign subsidiaries including Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management Services, Offshore Funds, Pension Fund and Venture Capital Fund.  Job Profile :   - Rendering legal advices on various laws, rules and regulations including Corporate laws, Income Tax, Service Tax, Offshore Funds, SEBI Regulations primary focus being to Mutual Fund and Portfolio Management Services  - Drafting, vetting, finalization of documents, pleadings, manage litigations  - Dealing with property, IPR matters  - Security Creation for debt assistances  - Risk Mitigation  Key Responsibility Areas :   - Timely and effective completion of documentation taking into account all the legal requirements  - Rendering high quality of legal advice in a timely manner  - Complete control and management of litigation matters including compliances  - Security creation for the debt assistances in effective manner  - Effective interactions, negotiations, dealing with internal and external constituents.  Eligibility, Qualification & Experience  Qualification :   - Minimum Qualification - LLB, from reputed Institutions preferably from National Law College  - Preferable - LLM   Experience  Industry Experience:  Legal matters in BFSI. Preferably having experience in Mutual Fund and Portfolio Management Services. Minimum 5 Years OF Work Experience   Preferably relating to :   Opinions on various laws, rules and regulations including Corporate laws, Income Tax, Service Tax, SEBI Regulations  Documentation, preparation of pleadings, IPRs  Security Creation for debt assistances  Litigations including civil, criminal, corporate, tax, recovery, Service, property, consumer cases  Court Processes including Courts, Tribunals  Interactions and briefings with/to Advocates, Counsels, Regulatory Authorities.  Key Relationship   Internal External  - Interactions and coordination with officers of various functional departments - Interactions, briefings and follow up with Regulatory Authorities, Advocates, Counsels, Court Receiver, OL etc.
