Designation : Legal (Litigation)

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for all litigation matters across various courts, tribunals, forums and commissions

Skills Required :

- Knowledge of as Civil Suits, Admiralty suits, Criminal Matters, Recovery suits, Summary Suits

- Strong written and oral advocacy skills

- Analytical and logical reasoning abilities

- Ability to synthesize complex legal and factual materials

- Superior interpersonal skills

- Negotiation/Persuasive skills

Job Description :

- Handle all litigation matters across various courts, tribunals, forums and commissions such as Civil Suits, Admiralty suits, Criminal Matters, Recovery suits, Summary Suits

- Negotiable Instrument Act, Arbitration matters

- Attending the courts, tribunal, forum etc. as and when deemed necessary and compulsory attendance on vital dates and in critical matters.

- Ensuring timely reply to all Legal and Show Cause notice and maintaining the record of the same
