The CS and attorney will support JV, TA, TOT, strategic tieup agreements, work orders, tender review and will be involved in discussions with potential partners. The CS will involve in various business tie up's, review of laws and regulations (experience not just limited to companies act but various other acts like arbitration, environment, labour, foreign exchange, FDI, data security, Tax treaties etc), ensure compliance's and fully support our key JV entities.

- Knowledge and experience in new or proposed regulations (including new age) for instance - Production linked Incentives, Make-in-India policies and procedures, Government Policies & also procedures for Tendering (e-biding), crypto laws, fintech and RBI regulations,
- The candidates should not just experience in Company Law, running board meetings, and handling Board Matters but a broad-based experience including: -
- Labour laws, Arbitration, environment regulations, FEMA/exchange control, GST, NCLT, penalty compounding, negotiable instruments acts, debtor recoveries, states specific laws
- Drafting of Commercial Documentations, M&A & various clauses (casting votes, veto powers, special approvals etc), JV agreement, TA/TOT agreement, equity and Debt documentation, ESOP's, handling of commercial negotiations with the team, legal notices
- Ability to read, understand and share government tenders for various areas including logistics, defence etc
- Understanding of IP regulations; name availability and validations from - ROC, trademark directory, websites, APP databases; Drafting of IP assignments
- Corporate Litigations, representation to tax authorities, coordination with the Auditors and regulatory bodies
