Job Description : - Pro-active legal support and advice to the business divisions and key stakeholders, and to assist them in achieving their core strategic objectives within acceptable risk parameters. - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, predominantly on the sell side but some on buy side as well, such as master services agreement, end to end logistics services agreement, contract labour supply, property leases, letter of intent, IT agreements and NDAs. - Work with business teams and external counsel to manage disputes and litigation claims. - Support in development and implementation of policies related to ethics and compliance such as code of business conduct, data privacy, anti-bribery, gifts and entertainment etc.; foster a culture of compliance and provide practical advice to business on compliance matters. - Work with HR team to support employment law matters, including reviewing policies, employment contracts, forms, and managing employee disputes. - Evaluate and provide support for legal and compliance issues in business transformation initiatives, such as implementation of automation and technology systems aimed at improving efficiencies in business operations. - Support Legal Projects and discharge other additional responsibilities as assigned by Legal Head.
