Description : The position will be responsible for all legal, risk and compliance matters for India business.

Client Details : Our client is a global market leader looking to expand its business in India.

Job Description :

- Management of the legal and compliance function

- Providing commercial legal advice to business

- Implementing Anti corruption, Anti bribery framework and educate the business w.r.t. the same

- Manage external lawyers and regulatory bodies

- Implement a Risk Management strategy and conduct regular review of the same

Profile :

- LLB with over 5 years of experience

- Excellent drafting and commercial negotiation skills

- Experience in Insurance industry is highly preferred

- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus
