Looking for candidates who have:
- Handled all matters related HR, Commercial, Corporate, Environment, Health & Safety and Regulatory compliances.
- In-depth knowledge of laws, ability to interpret legal issues and foresee possible outcomes of a contract, Principal-contractor relationship and Contract Labour Management System.
- Proficient in drafting and vetting various legal and commercial documents including deeds and agreements pertaining to HR, Labour and Employment laws.
- Hands on exposure on Contractual Risk Assessment, Drafting & Vetting of Service Level Agreements, liaison with government authorities, conducting disciplinary enquires in alignment with procedures prescribed under labour statutes.
