Looking for Candidates in Legal Risk and Compliance in Delhi and Mumbai location.

Legal risk and Contract Management - Drafting & Vetting of NDA’s, RFP’s, Letter of Engagement, General terms of business, MSA’s, MFE’s, Vendor agreements, Contracts, etc at India level. Maintaining master database of contracts/templates/Standard operating procedure. Support business function across India by reviewing legal contracts /agreements, evaluate legal risk and provide inputs/alternative solutions to mitigate risks. Litigation support to business function by correspondence with the lawyers, finalization of documents (plaints, replies, letters, etc) for litigation

Liaison with Lawyers and Solicitors for Litigation/Non-litigation, Compliance as per Settlement agreements.
