We are hiring for a leading MNC/KPO in Jaipur for Legal Regulatory License Role

Position: Manager

Exp: 5 to 7 Years or above

Job Description:

1. Regulatory Licenses-monitoring and Management (S & E, CLRA, PF, ESI Etc)

2. Good knowledge on Local/Employment Laws etc

3. Advising all cross functions on all legal aspects

4. Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery matters

5. Doing investigations, Due diligence and advising

6. Validating/Vetting Contracts, Leases, Real Estate Agreements/Amendments/Sows and negotiate on Legal clauses.

7. Work closely with External and Internals

Other details::

Qualification: Law Graduate

General: Good Com skills, Maturity in thought process, Quick response time, Good managerial skills & Balanced role play.
