Legal Professional - Mergers & Acquisition - Venture Capital Firm

Client: Our client is a well-funded Venture Capital Firm based in Mumbai. They fund early stage startups in multiple domains

Role:

- Will be involved in the legal aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions of companies

- Legal Due Diligence

- Draft Agreements for M&A, Takeovers, Investments, Commercial contracts, IPR, Debt Refinancing

The Need:

- Legal Professional with 3 to 10 years of experience in Non-Litigation

- Experience in drafting documents relating to M&A /investment and PE/VC transactions and commercial contracts.

- Preferably should have experience in working with a Law Firm, Startups, VC or PE firms Or should have experience in the Financial Services space

- Must have an understanding of M&A or startups or Investment space or Debt Refinancing

- Good communication
