Legal Officer

Responsibilities :

- Deal with all matters related to Litigation, arbitration, court cases, running cases customer complaints/protection-related litigation, and coordinate with outside Counsel for the same.

- Periodically present status and prepare the control document.

- Business partner and Advisor to the company on all legal matters including commercial laws, IPR, medico-legal, labor and other relevant laws.

- Formulate legal processes for the company including processes for managing trademark violations, issuing legal notices, and any other related areas.

- Providing professional and strategic advice to the senior management on legal-related matters..

- Good knowledge and experience in handling Consumer litigation, Civil Suits, recovery suits, and Complaints U/s 138 of the NI Act.

- Drafting of written statements, issuing and replying to statutory, demand, recovery and legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints, etc.
