Designation: Legal Manager (Retail - Tractor Loans portfolio) Mumbai

Qualification: LLB/LLM

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Job Role:

- Having 10 years of experience in retail legal activities. (Should be having knowledge of 138 / arbitration / section 9 etc.)

- Should be result oriented with support to collections through legal activities

- Coordination with all legal managers across states

- Process oriented : Ensuring implementation of legal as well as collection process across states

- Qualification - LLB/LLM

- Experience - 10 years of experience in retail legal activities. (Should be having knowledge of 138 / arbitration / section 9 etc.)
