Legal Manager (Ombudsman & Litigation) - Leading MNC Life Insurance
Role and responsibilities:
- Understand customer complaints and grievances
- Liaison with various department for collection of facts pertaining to a complaint/ grievance
- Investigate the case based on all the facts available and issue legal opinion on the same
- Documentation, drafting of replies for Ombudsman cases and Consumer courts.
- Represent the company for the Ombudsman hearing
Candidate specifications:
- Candidate should be a lawyer and a pass out from premier institute
- Should be having an experience of at least 1 - 2 years preferably in Insurance Industry
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skill
- Should be having good decision making skill and professional judgment for judging individual cases
- Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadline
CTC: upto 5 – 6 Lacs
