Law graduate with 6+ years of experience in Real Estate Non Litigation profile and having good knowledge and understanding of Land Acquisition

- Strategizing acquisition and development of properties

- Carrying out due diligence and title verification

- Drafting and vetting of various documents for acquisition including issuance of Title Certificates.

- Monitor land acquisition and documentation thereof to protect the companies title and ownership over land

- Land Document Management

- Act as a legal advisory to the management to help achieve strategic objectives

- Obtaining all land related documentation from the aggregators
