Legal Manager - Non Litigation - BFSI

Job Description:

Drafting of various legal documents such as:

a) Share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, contracts, non disclosure agreements etc.

b) Documents for closing of investment/divestment transactions

Substantial knowledge in Company law matters, Foreign Exchange laws, SEBI, stamp duty,

Indian Contract Act and others

Advising business/marketing teams on legal issues

Maintaining legal contracts and records

Critical Exposure/Experience :

LLB

Exp - 5-8 yrs work exp post qualification

Should have worked in a Company or legal firm handling investment/divestment transactions background with experience in M&A /capital markets / finance / real estate and have good knowledge of Company Law.

Should of Knowledge of Company Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, RBI, SEBI , Contract Laws & Stamp Acts

Good drafting skills in legal contracts / agreements
