Legal Manager - Mining/Infra/Industrial/Manufacturing/Energy/Oil & Gas/EPC

1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements for the Group

a) Drafting agreements to make sure our commercials are covered nd risks mitigated;

b) As we act as supplier in most EPC and Supplier's agreement, to review them, evaluate risk and communicate the same to management and profit centre incharge. Most agreements are time sensitive, hence a shorter turnaround time is expected from Legal specially.

2. Managing Bank Guarantees

Maintaining MIS; informing BG incharge(s) of BGs expiring, asking them if any of them need extension, sending letters of extension to banks and parties requesting for extension and follow up

3. Specific legal Compliances, eg relating to environment, miscelleneous matters (non-litigation)

5. Legal advisories on issues
