Job Description :

- Reviewing consumer complaints.

- Appearing in various courts for cases.

- Drafting, vetting and finalizing reply and evidence by way of affidavit in Consumer matters.

- Reviewing legal notices with regard to consumer grievances and preparing reply while also coordinating with external lawyers.

- Providing support in litigations matters and regulatory and compliance issues.

- Reviewing consumer complaints and notices and vetting replies to notices.

- Reviewing all pleadings to be filed before the Courts, Tribunals & Arbitration proceedings, including High Courts and Supreme Court while also coordinating with external lawyers and briefing Senior Counsels.

- Advising on labour law compliances including HR policies
