Brief JD:

- Analyzing of executed contracts and advising business / delivery teams on interpretation of contractual positions.

- Drafting notices to customer, employee, vendor, etc.

- Drafting responses to statutory bodies, customer, vendor, and employee notices, etc.

- Legal recovery process - follow up set process on recovery from customers / employees

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution proceedings

- Research in compliance initiatives, corporate governance initiatives, international regulations and case laws

- Interacting with counsels for legal advice and follow up actions

- Handling employee related legal issues

- Legal Risk Assessment

- MIS

Industry Preference/ Target Companies:

- IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Telecom, Banking industry and law firm background.

- Prefer candidates who have worked in Court before joining Corporate.
