Job Profile: Well conversant with land related laws and regulations of various states, Type of land use, conversion process, Patta, Chitha, Adangal, Registration process, handle Litigation etc. Responsible for procurement of land, taking control of land records of the group across India, Internal Due Diligence etc. Responsibilities: - Experience in independent handling of documentation for land acquisitions - Should have executed land acquisition transactions independently - Familiar with law related to land acquisition and its documentation - Independent handling of land acquisition transactions - Responsible to handle and execute all the acquisition related legal transactions at PAN India level - Understand and prepare all the legal documents related to land - Responsible for final land acquisition documentation execution - Attend the meeting with internal investment team, land owner team to understand their requirement - Coordinate with client team/land owner and law firms - Understand legal requirement about property and support investment team to close acquisition transactions - Attending meetings with internal and external customers &amp; handle discussions independently - Adherence to SOP &amp; department procedures Qualification: LLB is mandatory
