Legal Manager from Insurance Industry/Exp 2-3years/Location - Mumbai

Designation: Legal Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience 2-3 years
Qualification: LLB / CS / LLB+cs
Role and responsibilities:
- Understand customer complaints and grievances
- Liaison with various department for collection of facts pertaining to a complaint/ grievance
- Investigate the case based on all the facts available and issue legal opinion on the same
- Documentation, drafting of replies for Ombudsman cases and Consumer courts.
- Represent the company for the Ombudsman hearing
Candidate specifications:
- Candidate should be a lawyer and a pass out from premier institute
- Should have experience of at least 2 – 3 years in the Legal dept. of an Insurance Industry
- Candidate need not necessarily have ombudsman background. Only experience in the legal dept. (insurance) is sufficient. Even litigation etc. will be considered.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skill
- Should have good decision making skill and professional judgment for judging individual cases
- Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadline
