Legal Manager - Indirect Taxation Vertical

- GST compliance as GST return, reconciliation of GSTR - 2 vs. 2A , tax rate , HSN Code and all other related work for GST Compliance.

- Reply of GST Notices in respecive Authority.

- Effective proactive liaison with the taxation authorities for the GST Compliance.

- Maintain and share with the organization as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant GST laws

- Necessary changes and timely direction for the GST Compliance accordingly GST circular and notification issued by CBEC and State Authority time to time.

- Filling of statuary Return, replies to notice, statuary dues, management of statuary forms from the department, assessment annual return, vat audit & legal proceeding in respect of above statutes for the all locations & all litigation work related to GST of U.P., Rajasthan, Delhi, Assam, Tripura manufacturing Unit & Depots in all state throughout India.

- Old litigation matter like Vat and other related authority
