Experience :- above 6-7 years post LLB Qualification

Schooling :- Ideally from a good Public school in NCR.

Collage :- Ideal candidate should be from Commerce background.

Qualification :- LLB (preferably from Campus Law Centre, Delhi or good standing Law College like Bangalore, Pune etc ).

Location :- Noida. Candidate should ideally belong to NCR .

Work Experience :-

(a) Commercial law including experience in contracts drafting and negotiation

(b) Litigation

(c) Mergers and Acquisitions

Role :-

- Reporting to me. Commercial , litigation and mergers and acquisitions.

Key attributes :-

- Pleasant personality, very good communication skills, strong understanding of legal aspects in contracting.

- Candidate should be willing to travel abroad also as and when required.
