Job Description

- Reviewing contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies

- Negotiating contracts with clients, partners and vendors until the point of successful execution and closure

- Handling a team of lawyers and taking responsibility for their training

- Coordinating with various internal teams and advising business teams

- Assisting business units in analyzing tender documents and the legal ramifications involved

Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience as an in-house counsel who has handled contract review and negotiations

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

- Excellent grasp of contractual law of cross-national jurisdictions, including drafting

- Experience in training and managing a team of attorneys

Degree in Law: Must
