- The profile for this position is for a seasoned legal + secretarial + compliances professional who besides the core legal and secretarial responsibilities will function more like a business partner.

- 12 – 15 years experience, largely in the corporate environment. A strong exposure to the legal perspective for the manufacturing industry is a definite plus.

- A track record of independently handling legal responsibilities and yet being a team member will be needed.

Qualification - LLB / LLM from a Institute of repute.
