Legal Head/Legal Counsel - LLB/LLM - Telecom

ROLE PURPOSE :

The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and regulatory risks.

SKILL :

- Sound knowledge of Corporate Law, Legal advising

- Sound knowledge of Contract Management, Negotiate structure and draft contracts

- Drafting various types of documentation including Non-Disclosure Agreements, disclosure agreements.

- Integrated knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory affairs in an IT/ITeS environment.

- Ability to provide advice to senior level management on legal and regulatory issues.

- Excellent relationship with the management, technical and leadership skills.

Key Accountability :

- Alignment of the business requirement to the legal and regulatory compliance and thereby minimizing the legal and regulatory risk.

- Establishing effective relationships with vendors/suppliers and other operating companies of the Vodafone group.

- Networks effectively with third party groups/organization and relates well to individuals at all levels.

- Provide continuous leadership, supervision, training and development to departments, colleagues ensuring an effective and motivated team.

- Close interaction with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements :

- Excellent domain knowledge, Strong leadership skills, team player, good stakeholder management

- Qualified Law graduate/Post graduate from premier law school/International law schools in India
