Legal Head - Healthcare - LLB/LLM

General Purpose of the Job :

- We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to join our team. The Legal Officer will provide legal advice and guidance, manage legal matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role & Responsibilities :

- This role is responsible for coordinating with different landlords for drafting and negotiation of Lease agreement.

- Responsible for due diligence in case of new acquisition -advising on legal risks

- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Drafting of contracts with any third party solution providers

- Responsible for handling human resource related issue related to labour law etc.

- Other duties will include consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits.

- Responsible for handling medico - legal cases.

- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.

- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.

- Represent the company in legal proceedings.

- Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters. -advising on legal risks.

- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.

- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.

- Able to handle company's confidential information and data

- Building strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors will be a key element in your role.

- You will be expected to develop and manage the legal department budget with efficiency and precision.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Master's degree in law.

- Valid LLB License to practice law from the State Bar Association.

- Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.

- A minimum of 10-14 years' experience as a corporate lawyer with Compliance

- Management.

- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
