We are searching for:

Candidate for Legal Documentation Group:

Experience in Drafting and negotiating among others, ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support documents, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Netting Agreements, Stock Lending Agreements, Prime Brokerage Agreements, Long Form Confirmations, Transactional and all other relevant documentation and subsequent amendments for various derivatives and securities financing products.

Reviewing constitutional documents, legal opinions, memo and ensuring that all requisite corporate consents and approvals are in place prior to finalization of agreements and subsequent trading and netting.

Liaising and coordinating with the Business, Risk Division, Treasury and Collateral Management and other internal departments as necessary.

Job Requirements

- Law Degree or Commonwealth qualified solicitor or barrister with more than 7 years of PQE in financial products or commercial contracts drafting and negotiations.

(Previous capital markets or general corporate experience gained in a law firm or in-house will be an advantage.)

- Strong problem solving and/or analytical skills.

- Ability to read complex legal documents with confidence, ease and understanding.

- Excellent legal drafting ability and eye for detail.
