Job Description

- Legal support on licensing matters

- Negotiating customer contracts- license, service agreements, partner documentation,

- Providing guidance to senior management on licensing, contracts and other issues

- Dispute resolution and litigation management

- Handling IPR issues and disputes

- Providing employment related legal advice to management

- Assisting the finance department in reviewing bank documentation

- Documentation support in corporate matters

Profile

- Qualified lawyer with experience of 5-10 years in relevant industries

- Ability to work independently

- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
