- The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing the organisation with support to facilitate effective legal services, advice, and representation for all legal issues either directly or with the support of external lawyers, with focus on the technology, digital and e-commerce business.

- The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Legal team in all legal matters and providing support on advice given to the business and regulatory functions on legal issues and documents in a timely manner while ensuring consistency of approach and style.
