Work in close coordination with the Regional General Counsel on various legal matters related to PSAI 1. Core responsibilities cover independently drafting, reviewing and closing a wide variety of contracts including but not limited to licensing, contract manufacturing, co-marketing and distribution, development, supply, distribution, agency, services, consultancy, confidentiality, procurement/sourcing, equipment purchase and other business related documentation. 2. To provide legal advice for new legislation to assess creating changes to existing operating procedures and processes. 3. To work closely with the Trademark Team and coordinate with various business to ensure timely registration and renewal of the trademarks and to defend the same. 4. Responsible for the smooth and speedy functioning of the department LOCATION - MIYAPUR, HYDERABAD Requirements 1. A degree in law, preferably from one of the National Law Schools or a University of equal repute offering 5-year programme or from an international university 2. 3-8 years of Industry experience as an in-house counsel 3. Demonstrates a global mindset and is willing to work with various cross-functional teams 4. Establishes a high degree of professional ethics and integrity 5. Proven legal experience in the pharmaceutical industry 6. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure 7. Good inter-personnel skills
