Legal Counsel - LLB - Manufacturing

Legal General Counsel required for manufacturing company with global operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

- Serve as Group's Legal Officer

- Provide legal advice and counsel

- Review, document and negotiate the terms and conditions of proposed contracts with third parties

- Manage all litigation matters, including matter discussions and trials, conduct investigations, review, evaluate and resolve litigation while minimizing financial exposure and maximizing recovery

- Maintain up to date knowledge of the law of interest to the Group and ensure that Group wide policies and procedures are documented and enforced

- Work with the senior management to assure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the conduct of the Group's business and protect against legal risks

- LLB with 7-15 years of experience in Legal from Manufacturing companies.
